For the sustainable recovery there have been used chosen materials like: Stone ,Wood, and Lime; materials which are parts of our traditions and have a low enviromental impact.

A beautiful terrace with a hot tub is ready to host aperitifs and dinners, in a charming and intimate location. The stairs leading to the Suite and then to the terrace are typical of the historic center! A little steep to the eye, but equipped with suitable lighting and double handrails!

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
