In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Wanka Villa Fonyód

Perfect workation place: internet, smart TV, desk, air conditioning, restaurants. Villa built in 1904. Nostalgic interior from the age of the monarchy to modern and contemporary. In the garden: sunscreen, swing bed, flowers, vet hardwoods. Parking in the courtyard. Beach, shops, center, train station, police station, boat station within 500 meters. We are hosts living in the back of the house with a separate entrance mom+daughter+cat:) This special place is close to everything, so it's easy to plan a visit.

In the vicinity of the Káli Basin, in the Nivegy Valley, in Szentjakabfa, we offer a guesthouse for rent, which was completed in 2021. The Kemencés House is located in the Almond Garden in Szentjakabfa, where 2 more guesthouses welcome guests. The house has its own garden, terraces and a barbecue oven. The guest house also has a covered parking space. A 15x4.5 meter saltwater pool is also available for guests of the Almond Garden. The Almond Garden is recommended for those who love peace and quiet.

A faluból indul több túra- és biciklis útvonal, visszaérkezve meleg étel és hideg szörp, fröccs várja a túrázókat a Káli-Kapocsban. A régi kőházat a felújítás során olyan otthonná alakítottuk, ahol mi is szívesen nyaralnánk, 2-4 fő számára ideális. A tágas kert tökéletes családi focizásra, sütögetésre vagy lustálkodásra.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Ha nem vagytok túrázós típus se baj, 20 perc alatt autóval temérdek balatoni strand a rendelkezésetekre áll. Ha csak itthon pihennétek is a legjobb helyen vagytok. A csend, nyugalom amit a hely áraszt elképesztő, ezt pedig megfűszerezi a kert végén csordogáló Eger-patak. Ez a csoda mindenkinek jár....

Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
