It is accessed from the Serpentina, a tree-lined road that connects upper Termini with lower Termini. The center can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along the characteristic cobblestone streets. The equipped lido, the port and the train station are also within walking distance.

Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

La mia villa si trova di fronte al mare, sul Lungomare dell’Addaura vicinissima a Mondello (15 minuti a piedi-2 minuti in auto o con bicicletta elettrica). La casa ha degli spazi esterni ad uso esclusivo, una comoda terrazza con loggiato con bellissima vista sul mare. Uno spazio condiviso con giardino, prato, solarium, e barbecue. Si puó comodamente parcheggiare fuori o dentro in uno spazio privato. Io vivo al piano di sopra per ogni necessità.
