Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Monroe County

This was my second stay at Alex’s and a highly recommend it. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Great spot. It was easy to get an uber/lyft to downtown Bloomington. The house was in a quiet spot. The house was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Bloomington (there were 5 of us)

We had more than enough room for 3 families. it was great to be able to stay together in one place. The living room at the back allowed the folks who wanted to stay up to do so without disturbing the others. Eating meals together in the dining room was a plus

Heather is such a nice and responsive host, and the house is immaculately clean! The kitchen is well stocked with multiple coffee machines and the house is super spacious. It’s a short walk from lake Monroe and convenient enough to downtown Bloomington. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I were amazed of how great the house was. We both felt safe and comfortable. The house has a style that gives Boho vibes. Which we loveddd!!! Jaci, was such an amazing host. She was communicative and provided clear instructions.

Great stay with our family for the IU football game. Loved the location and all the small details with the set up in the cozy house. Would stay again!

Great spot, quite but not too far from down town. Nearby the YMCA and a pile of trails, so plenty to do outside by foot. The place was clean, convenient, and comfortable, and check in was very smooth. Naomi & Victor are also very responsive!

Excellent place, very clean, very nice! Place has enough parking for a couple trucks and boats, just minutes from the lake!

We had a delightful experience! The space is beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeping accommodations were great and exceeded that of other locations. The wooded back yard with outdoor seating area allowed us to watch a variety of interesting birds as they came to the bird feeder. Very quiet - very private! Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This place is the perfect location for those who want to walk around campus and downtown during their stay. Sarah and Matt were very responsive, and communicated clearly. 💯/10

Very cozy and whimsical! A 3 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Surrounded by woods. We very much enjoyed our stay!
