Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. The accommodation we offer is quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is composed of a large living room of 40 m2 and a large bedroom of 20 m2 including the shower. A second bed is in the very nice and cozy mezzanine. Everything necessary is provided to facilitate your installation: (sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) Please note that we accept stays of a minimum of two nights, but sheets and towels will not be provided.

Accommodation ideally located to reach the medieval city of Provins (15 min), a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Château de Fontainebleau (40 min) Quiet, you can also rest, enjoy a beautiful terrace, swimming pool (not private/shared with the owners' family) and pétanque court.
