Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

49 m² house/apartment ideally located on the route between the train station and the centre of Meymac. It includes a living room with a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob) and a lounge area (sofa bed, TV, games). A room for 2 people. A bathroom with shower and toilet (heated towel rail, illuminated mirror). A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the sunny days, with a pleasant view of the surrounding fir trees. A parking space is available at the entrance.

NATURE STOPOVER

Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Adorable Pondside Cabin

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
