Ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 2 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen. Exclusive access to the property: terrace, garden, summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, trampoline, pétanque, volleyball, and a heated swimming pool from May to September. I am present discreetly in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

Nice Villa, magical view of city and sea

My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.
