Sont inclus : espace cuisine (machine espresso, théière, micro-onde, grille-pain, frigo et vaisselle), salle de bain avec laveuse-sécheuse, literie, stationnement ainsi que les condiments de base, café et thé. L’été, il y a un bbq électrique et une table dehors. Le vendredi et le dimanche des légumes cultivés sur place sont en vente au kiosque du Maraîcher d'en haut.
