This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Cozy chalet close to diverse services and leisure activities with hot tub. Access to a public beach +/- 5 minutes by car. Boat descent 30 seconds away. Municipal park 30 seconds from the chalet with ice rink, basketball court, tennis/pickleball. Several hiking trails nearby, both winter and summer. The Astrolab/Mont Mégantic trails are +/- 20 min by car. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists.

The snowmobile and all-terrain trail pass nearby. Located 2 km from the granite museum and the Mont Morne trails, near Mont Megantic. A dream place for stargazing, cooking on a wood fire outside.
