Establishment number 305430 At the foot of Mont Jacob, you can get there through the back door, the neighborhood is quiet and ideally located. The CNE, the cultural center, city center and river of sands, are close. We have renovated this property, It is clean and functional. We have equipped it for children, high chair and umbrella bed ( park) are at your disposal. From November 15 to April 1, parking is available 200 m after the house on the left, parking at the bottom of Mont Jacob

Forest shelter/La Bécassine

La Bécassine is a small wooden mini-house. Heated by a wood-burning stove, equipped for a stay in the forest. Running water (summer), drinking water container (winter), no electricity, lantern and candle light, butane stove for cooking, basic dishes and saucepan, bedding, double bed in the mezzanine, dry toilet outside. La Bécassine is a 5-7 minute walk to the parking lot. Beautiful brightness, nice view surrounded by trees. Quiet and stargazing.

The apartment located inside a century-old house was completely renovated in 2016. Exceptional views of the Fjord. Cross the street to find yourself on the bike path along the Fjord. In the heart of downtown, you can enjoy restaurants, festivals, night-la marina, shows... Studio Lucien – Maison du Père Bouchard

Charming studio recently renovated, located in the heart of Chicoutimi in a historic heritage home. The building sits right on the edge of the Saguenay River, just a 2-minute walk from a grocery store and steps away from a bike path that takes you downtown in under 5 minutes on foot. Recently renovated while preserving its original charm and character. Please note that there is no view of the Saguenay River from the apartment or the balcony.

Beautiful country-style chalet with a warm atmosphere near the indoor fireplace. Located in a quiet and family-friendly location. Enjoy a large wooded lot bordered by a pretty little lake (without motor) a beautiful walk in the trails behind the chalet , snowshoeing in winter. Also ideal for snowmobilers, federated trails accessible via a small private path on our land.(I can provide you with 4 pairs of rackets in babiche on request.)
