On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Rated 3*, in the heart of a wine-growing village, in its 700 m² garden, our 49 m² wooden house, which is very cosy, is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is for your exclusive use. The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher's) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

Welcome to La Petite Maison. We welcome you to a 60 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Ideally located at the foot of the "La Loire à Vélo" bike path, less than 10 km from the castles of Blois and Chambord. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. An enclosed garden allows you to relax in the shade of a cherry tree.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
