Bright large house with garden in Royan

In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer you this pretty house on the ground floor of 110m2, totally tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful wooded garden of 400 m2 not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. We felt good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen crossing, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including a separate one. This is the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful town of Royan.
