Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. "Casa Morenica": The Cement House

"Casa Morenica" is a building from the 1900s, located in Montalto Dora, on the Via Francigena, 2 km from Ivrea. Renovated in 2023, it consists of two separate rooms, used as guest rooms. It is about 50 km from Turin and 60 km from Aosta. Within walking distance of Ivrea train station, 30 minutes on foot and 15 by bike. The "Parco dei 5 laghi" area starts a few hundred meters away, going up towards the castle. Less than two minutes away: two restaurants, two bars and a take-out pizzeria.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
