New 60 m2 single-story apartment with 40 m2 private outdoor space. It is located in a quiet property, a 5-minute drive from the center of Uzès. This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city. Visit the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, go canoeing, climbing, and swim in the Gardon; meet the Potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and the ceramists of Lussan and their famous Pintades. 30 minutes' drive to Nîmes and Avignon. 1 hour to Montpellier, the Grau du Roi, the beaches, the Camargue. Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Village House near Uzes

La Maison Verte is our home in France. It is a village house with a twist: architecturally redesigned some 10 years ago it offers 160m2 of spacious, open plan living that is filled with light and is an easy 4km walk or bike ride from the beautiful Cite d'Uzes. Montaren et St Mediers, is a perfectly preserved village and the closest village to Uzes. Quiet and peaceful village apartment.

I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.

Welcoming house entirely renovated. 3 minutes from Uzès. Our house is a haven of peace. The bright living-room opens on a large terrasse and garden, with heated swimming-pool, pétanque, ping pong... The Montaren village (bakery, fruits and vegetables...) is only 5 minutes walk. Supermarket and pharmacy at 2 minutes (by car). Lots of places to visit in the surroundings.

In a house dating back to 1820, Le Cocon is, as its name suggests, a place conducive to relaxation. The accommodation is in the village district next to the Place Tour du Roi and only 4 minutes' walk from the Place aux Herbes famous for its markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. You can also go to the flea market on Sunday morning, also a 4/5-minute walk away.
