Studio completely renovated in the spring of 2022, to better accommodate you, new furnished 35 square meters with 18 square meters terrace located on the first floor in a quiet property 5 minutes drive from the center of Uzès. Bright room with comfortable double bed and two single bunk beds. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you need to cook small dishes from the region. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Charcoal barbecue available for grilling and tasting Uzès rosé. Shared washing machine. Closed and private parking. Private pool, bowling, trampoline and ping-pong to share. You have the option to enter or exit the accommodation independently; the keys will be deposited in a code box. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. The village of Montaren, the vineyards, the olive groves, nature are all close to your accommodation. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city, admire the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, canoe, climb and swim in the Gardon, meet the potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and if you go a little further you can visit Avignon and Nîmes located 30 minutes away. Our description is far from exhaustive, everyone can visit the surroundings according to their tastes and desires. To get here, by car, the A7 and A9 highways are nearby, by train, Avignon and Nîmes TGV station are 30 minutes away, by plane, Nîmes airport is 30 minutes away, bus between Nîmes and Uzès is about 1.5 euros. On the edge of the historical centre, in the midst of a Provençal garden, our renovated two-floor guest house is a great base to explore Uzès and surrounding area. The guest house is ideal for families with children. There is a double room, twin room with inter-connecting bathroom on the upper floor and kitchen/dining space downstairs. Access to/from the twin room is via the double room and bathroom. It has all the modern comforts; wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave and more.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.
