Rental of an independent studio for one or two people in private property. Quiet and wooded location on the edge of scrubland, at the end of the village of Montarnaud (1 km from the center) with all amenities, northwest of Montpellier (15 km), between sea and river. Close to A75 highway exit. The studio is 35 m2 with bedroom, kitchen dining area, bathroom and separate toilet. It has a terrace with furniture, a garden and a closed parking lot with independent entrance.

Listed as a historic monument, Pignan is a mediaeval village near Montpellier. You are staying in a former 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house on a quiet pedestrian street in the town centre, close to small shops.
