The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Quality accommodation, warm, quiet in a hamlet located 10 minutes from Nantes-Atlantique airport, Close to Nantes, 20 minutes from Planète Sauvage, to visit the site travel to Nantes, Les Machines de l'Île, Château des Ducs etc. Lake Grand Lieu, (Museum etc). Clisson (20 minutes from Hellfest festival). The Puy de Fou site is 50 minutes away. The Atlantic Ocean is 40 minutes from Pornic, accessible for workers on the move. We offer you to stay in an annex of our home (separate from our home), which we have completely renovated. The place is located in the Nantes vineyard, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes. The house is fully equipped, a beautiful bright living room with living room/kitchen, a real 140 x 190 sofa bed. In the bedroom, a 140 X 90 bed. Added to this is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and all the comforts you need. We look forward to welcoming you!
