With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. We loved the house! As my 6-year-old nephew said, ‘The bed is sooo cozy.’ The only downside was a bad smell coming from the kitchen—like a gas smell, or it might have been the cleaning products used. We opened the windows and closed them when we left, but the smell lingered. Other than that, it was a great location, and everything was as described. I asked if I could bring another child, and Ivy happily said yes. I didn’t end up bringing him, but I’m glad it wouldn’t have been a problem. We would definitely stayed at the house again. The check-in was super clear. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My friends and I had a concert in LA and also went to Disneyland for a day and were looking for an airbnb that would suit 5 people and our two pets (our dog and bunny). Troy’s airbnb is in a wonderful and safe area with everything being walking distances with some great cafes and restaurants close by. We felt right at home being there. His homes is as it’s described in his description although we thought the backyard/patio was closed and private but we still managed with our pets there. I would absolutely recommend Troy’s place if visiting LA.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Tayla’s property is beautifully styled and features a well-equipped kitchen that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The free parking is a great perk as well. Contrary to a previous review, we didn’t experience any noise from the highway while inside the house, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Beautiful view of nature from our Airbnb. Loved having the waterfalls and scenery of the outdoors right outside the patio area. There were huge fish swimming in the water which was pretty cool. Lovely view, very calming and relaxing. It felt like we were near a river with rainforests. There was a second patio area upstairs next to our bedroom with chairs to relax and lounge. Perfect size for the 4 of us. The condo was clean and comfortable which I enjoyed. When we arrived we did not have login instructions which was at 10pm. Check in time was at 4pm so I think it would have been better to have that information before arriving especially since we got there so late. Slight issue with noise we were very quiet during our stay however, the noise sensors went off while walking up and down the stairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location and quiet area. Lot’s of restaurants nearby downtown Brea and Fullerton not to mention the University Cal State Fullerton.

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

We've had the pleasure of staying at David's Airbnb multiple times now, and it truly feels like our second home. Fantastic location, right in Downtown Pasadena and about two blocks from CalTech. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within a few blocks walk. (Uovo is fantastic for dinner. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait for a while, but it's worth it.) The apartment is very clean and comfortable but is probably also due for a refresh. The availability of parking is handy, too.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. Thank you so much for the awesome place and experience!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
