We have spent a few days at Simona’s accommodation. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful scenery. There are a lot of and modern kitchen items. The house is also very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucia & Marco’s! We were greeted upon arrival and well looked after throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The views are breathtaking from every angle and the two terraces really made it. Montemassi is a quaint & peaceful town. A car is necessary. Highly recommended! :)

Outstanding stay! The house is located in an exceptional, nature-close setting with a large, fenced garden and breathtaking panoramic views. It is very well equipped, including bed linens, towels, and everything you might need. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared table full of gifts – such a lovely gesture! The interior lighting is excellent, which might be important to some guests. The host was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions promptly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

we had a very good time at Luca's, everything was very comfortable, clean and perfect with all the comforts. The location not knowing the area we thought it was more flat but in the end everything was fine Cmq we are very satisfied , we recommended it were 6 adults and a child

We had a very nice holiday in this stylish well-kept house with large grounds in the countryside. The house is equipped with everything necessary, everything is clean and tidy. We were there with children and dog and enjoyed the simple life in nature. During our stay, the road passing by was closed. So we had to drive detours on excursions, but it was very quiet and you could hear the creek and the animals. Very relaxing, for us and all those who like it. We received a warm welcome on our arrival. Communication was always prompt, friendly and committed to our well-being. 👍 Thank you so much to the hosts and all the best for the future.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. Place is nice with open space around it. Kitchen is small but adequate. Nice BBQ pit that allowed you to use wood, charcoal and propane. About a one mile walk to town where there are good restaurants, grocery store and a great homemade pasta shop. Only complaint is that the washing machine was not working.

Beautiful place! The terrace, the view, and the stairs down to the sea - all beautiful. The house is clean and with everything we needed, even with a small child and two dogs. Luigi and his brother were very kind and helpful at all times. So many different things to do nearby. I would come back!

One of the highlights of our stay was the serene garden—a peaceful little paradise that offered the perfect escape. The jacuzzi was another wonderful touch, allowing us to fully relax and unwind in a tranquil and private setting. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we would return in a heartbeat. Ludovica’s place is amazing and I would recommend everyone to stay here. It is super picturesque and Ludovica is such a warm and responsive host. She also has an animal shelter that guests can go to(: Home was clean and suitable for our large group of 11. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. We were very comfortable and loved relaxing at the villa while exploring the area. Everything was exactly as described and Martino was incredibly responsive and helpful with recomendations.

We had a memorable stay, Andrea's house is tastefully furnished, every detail is taken care of. Honorable mention especially in the garden, full of wonderful flowers and plants, with barbecue, hammock and deck chairs where you can relax.
