Borgo Saturno: entire villa in the hills.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. The apartment is a portion of a house on two floors, with entrance to the living room on the ground floor. On the first floor, the apartment houses the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom.  Located in Serramazzoni on Via Giardini, 15 km from Maranello in the Collinare area. Guests have the option of adding breakfast, lunch or dinner service with an affiliated restaurant just a few meters away.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
