Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Nestled on the Umbrian hills, immersed in a 4-hectare fenced park, the Villa is the result of the renovation of an ancient farm. The bedrooms (A/C and wi-fi) are furnished in the traditional elegant country style, the lounges and kitchens are created from the ancient stables, the patio overlooks an oasis of peace. The swimming pool, suspended in the greenery, is equipped with sun loungers and relaxation areas, a few km from the ancient cities of Amelia, Narni, Todi and is close to Rome.

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Imagine walking along a short country road through the Umbrian hills, suddenly meeting an old farmhouse nestled among the olive trees, which retains the scents of the countryside of the past, the real one, which is the true synthesis of what to expect from the "Barn". The real Barn, the ancient one, is the structure that you will still find behind the panoramic swimming pool that you will find going up the hill, with a unique panoramic view of the great beauty of Umbria.

We are both chefs and we welcome you to our beautiful home Umbria! This is our space for relaxation and fun with family and Friends. The view across our pool changes every minute with the Tiber Valley in all it’s beauty in the background. Close to a WWF Oasis. It’s perfect for a couple or a family. Enjoy the Italian sunshine by the pool! Visit Orvieto, Todi and Amelia by car, or take the train to Rome or Florence for the day! Guardea has plenty of shops!

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.
