Benvenuti! Quiet Tortellini è un grazioso monolocale con ingresso indipendente in formula bed&breakfast, a gestione famigliare. Volete soggiornare in una struttura autentica, dove quello che conta sono le vere comodità? Allora siete nel posto giusto! Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Siamo al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica e forniamo colazione, A/C e cucinino. Animali benvenuti :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse has been transformed into a cosy country holiday home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors, has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

Emilio country house vacation home

Emilio country house is a rustic delight renovated in a small village on the Emilian hills, in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Recommended for those who want to break away from the daily routine. The house consists of a kitchen, living area, hallway, bathroom, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom + possibility of two additional beds. Heating pellet stove + wood stove. Shared but fenced courtyard area with barbecue, indoor parking space, and sun terrace in the back

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Nello stesso edificio è disponibile uno stesso e identico alloggio delle medesime dimensioni (Casa Chiodo Galleria)

The house consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living room/studio, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those arriving by car and needs parking is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot of Via Kennedy.

Beautiful, recently renovated two-room apartment located in the historic center. Parking is available on the street with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, you can walk to the Kennedy covered parking lot in 10 minutes. The house is located within the historic center but outside the ZTL

The visit to Casa Antonietto is a small revelation for those who like to bike, walk, relaxation and enjoy some of the good food in Emilia Romagna and not to forget to mention the nature & culture in the area!
