Magnificent Villa with exceptional views

Villa “Le Mas” is located on the hill of the village of St Marcel Les Sauzet with an exceptional view on the Parc des Baronnies Provençales and in the background on Mont Ventoux. You will find all the necessary comfort to spend an exceptional stay, with family or friends. Close to the heart of a village with narrow streets, with a Romanesque church of the XIIth century, classified historical monument, a wash house also facing the Bacchus of the fountain of the mill.

Life in Provence.

In the middle of the village and yet in the countryside. With the rustling of trees, birdsong, and the music of cicadas, we would almost forget the noise of the world. The magic of the place soothes and inspires at the same time. In 2019, we bought an old silk spinning mill adjoining the Abbaye du Bouchet to make it a place of creation, relaxation and joie de vivre. In the spirit of the bohemia of the early 20th century. The entire 6000m² lot is at your disposal.

Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
