Sweet renovated loft in Florence (10 min from the old city center, served by bus-line), with private parking space, italian kitchen, 2 sleeping accomodations (king size bed), free wi-fi, towels and linen, milk and coffee, all utilities included, plus a local wine bottle just to say 'ciao'. Ideal for tourists and romantic couples. PS: If I will be free at work, I will pick you up by car at santa maria novella train station / Peretola airport (no extra charge)
“Your host picked you up at the station and gave you local information on the way home! From the station, the property is a 20-minute bus ride and a 20-minute bus ride away. The property feels like a home away from home and is quite large. The host has wine, bread, pasta noodles, bottled water, coffee, etc. The room was clean. The host gave us a lot of useful information and was very kind !! It's only a little squeaky with a hedgehog in the pantry and a washbasin.”
Located a stone's throw from Fiesole, the house offers a splendid view and unforgettable sunsets. Immersed in the enchanting hills of Fiesole, it is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility in contact with nature.
“The accommodation is wonderfully located in the pampas, great view of Fiesole, in the middle of olive trees (but also about 45 minutes walk from Fiesole, no problem, since Vat and his people have toured us a few times what we as felt very hospitable). In the apartment, Vat has prepared jam, yogurt, cookies, coffee, etc., so that you can start your stay the next day. Great for people who are looking for peace in nature and want to hike away from the house. Unfortunately a bit cold in winter, but Vat also helped out with an extra fan heater. Great sunsets.”
We rent independent bedroom with double bed ... bathroom shared kitchen. It has a separate living room with a double sofa bed and a shared kitchen.
“Francesco is a superb host. Loved his positive vibe and his warm heart. He went above and beyond to help me with my morning commute to Sieci train station and Spent his time generously helping me with my italian language learning, for which he didn't have to but he did it anyway purely out of his kindness. I liked sharing my daily experience and exchanging opinions with Francesco. We were very happy to be invited to his birthday dinner party and got to hang out with his friends. Good times! Francesco's apartment is always kept clean and tidy. The house is up on a small hill where you can walk up from Molino school within 5 mins. I love Molino del Piano as a small quiet town which is 30 - 40 mins by bus to Florence SMN train station depending on traffic. It is overall a very good experience. I recommend Francesco and his cute house to everyone who wants to have some authentic and less "hustle and bustle" Tuscany experience away from the city center. P.S. Be prepared that your heart might be melt by Francesco's cute dog "Thor" ;-)”
