"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The house is completely redecorated and warmly furnished. It is organized on three levels: on the first floor the living room with the fireplace and the kitchen area, on the second floor the double room and a smaller room with a bathroom .On the ground floor there is a room en suite and a kitchenette. This room is separated from the rest of the house. It is necessary to go outside in the street to reach it.
