You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The "I Falchi Pellegrini" B&B is located on the Via degli Dei in a detached villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for overnight stays for hikers who travel the historic Bologna-Florence route and for those looking for a stop in the greenery of the Bolognese Apennines. We are 10 minutes from the Sasso Marconi highway exit and 5 minutes from the "Vado-Monzuno" station. Breakfast is included. Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, + bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant and quiet building, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host 2 guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning. Check-in before 10pm
