Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. If indoors doesn't suite you take your meals prepared in the full size kitchen to the front porch or walk the few steps to the firepit and seating. Sleeps up to 6 with the queen bed & ottoman twin bed in bedroom, dual recliner couch & two cots. Full sized bathroom with shower. Front door keypad access.

We are just across the field from a working dairy farm and less than a mile from the dairy farm store and creamery where you can find fresh meat, eggs, milk, and some of the country’s best hand-dipped ice cream!
