About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

The Count's friends and patients were staying at the villas, a rare romantic experience for the time in the Apennines.

In this apartment there are 5 windows overlooking our estate, from the window's kitchen you can see sunsets. You can find a fireplace in the Room.
