The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. A jacuzzi under a skylight in the master suite, to relax under the stars. The patio walls hiding views from the neighborhood add a “little private paradise” feel to the house. The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. The advantages of the village: very pretty views, very quiet village, a small restaurant / grocery store / bakery, provides food assistance and makes up for the laziness of cooking. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is espaliered. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. The property is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker...), a bedroom with comfortable bedding from "Emma" in 160, a dressing room where you can store your belongings, bathroom (with shower cabin, water point, washing machine, toilet), reversible air conditioning and a terrace. Linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Animals are strictly prohibited in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are a 10-minute walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
