Without words, the attention of Eduardo and his wife is excellent, to that by adding how beautiful the house is really without words. The house just like the photos, clean, well organized. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, foreign exchange houses, veterinarians, restaurants; the nearest beach is 5 min away, but if they go with children, but if they go with children you have to respect the traffic lights so the nearest beach would be 15 minutes away. Very happy with the attention of Eduardo and his wife ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you.

Aside from a small issue with a neighbor complaining about music during the day, we enjoyed a fabulous stay! The home is as beautiful as the photos show and was the perfect place for us to visit family.

Ximena's place is very comfortable and comes with everything you need to have a great stay near the beach, being able to even stay comfortably 5 people . Ximena is a very good host, she was attentive at all times for what we could need, especially it was very considered with flexible check-in and check-out times. We would definitely choose this place with my family again for a stay in Montevideo, since although the Malvín neighborhood is far from the Centro, it has close connection to main streets where several transport lines pass by so it connects to rodas parts easily. Thank you very much Ximena! With my family we will be back for sure!

We loved staying at Nicolas' triplex house, great experience in excellent location in Montevideo with a beautiful coffee shop on the corner next door. The house is very well structured ready for all the needs of those who are traveling. Excellent communication from check-in to checkout.

The accommodation is exactly as described, well located, allowing easy access to Montevideo's main sights and bus terminal, with good leisure and food options around. Cecilia is very receptive and kind, providing a great stay. The atmosphere is welcoming and allows you to recover your energies with total privacy, as it is independent of the rest of the house. The only caveat is that you can hear almost everything that happens on the street during the night, like cars and people on the street talking, which can be a problem for those who have more difficulty sleeping.

Rodrigo's place was perfect for our family trip to Montevideo! The location was ideal, in a safe and vibrant neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants. Rodrigo was a fantastic host, providing clear instructions and helpful recommendations. The house itself was comfortable and spacious enough for the five of us (my wife, her parents, her sister, and myself). Highly recommend!

A very nice place to be in Montevideo, a house with a very particular atmosphere that makes you feel good. It has some details to improve, but overall it's more than a perfect place to stay. EMI is very friendly and willing to make the stay the best possible.

Very nice place to spend time quietly, neat and Mariela is very kind and available for anything that may arise. Just like the photos and close to a Fresh Market. Generous flexibility in the check-in and check-out times that we needed, she showed up exactly at the time we agreed in both cases. It does not have a kitchen with an oven, instead it has a grill or "little oven" with burners. We had a great time during our stay. Thank you!

Maria Guillermina and her husband were very kind. They waited for us even though we were late and welcomed us very well. They explained how everything worked. The house is very nice and comfortable. The surroundings are very quiet and very accessible by car. They were always available for our needs. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

Gabriela and her husband were the extremely helpful and kind beyond any airbnb we have stayed at. Believe me we have stayed at many. The home was spotless with all amenities, safe with lovely yard too. We would love to return ! WiFi was strong which is a plus ! Everything worked perfectly. Simply an exquisite home. Gated in a lovely neighborhood. Wonderful restaurants to choose from. Netflix included . A must stay for comfort and relaxation. The best was getting to know Gabriela and her husband . Truly good people. A++++

Blanca is an excellent host. She has an amazing and wonderful house, lots of interesting books to enjoy. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful, outside grill is super convenient. The house is well located, close to Géant supermarket, more like department store. There are other options to buy groceries and food as well although I find Geant to be very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and it feels safe. The only thing to keep in mind is that the AC unit is located in the main bedroom making the small bedroom really hot at night. I guess it could be a problem in the summer months, we had a hot days and we managed with a fan provided by the owner. Much appreciated. Overall I’ll recommend staying in the house. My family and I are definitely coming back to Blanca’s house.
