Casa de estilo, terminaciones excepcionales. Recientemente reciclada a nuevo. Desarrollada básicamente en una planta, salvo la suite principal que se encuentra en planta alta. Pisos de Madera de en Roble nuevo en toda la casa. 4 Dormitorios, 5 Baños completos. Muy buena orientación con fondo, piscina y galería al Norte (sol toda la tarde) La casa cuenta con 2 cocinas completas, horno de pan/pizzas, enorme piscina. Amplias cocheras para guardar hasta 3 o 4 autos. Seguridad CCTV, Vigilancia.

Cozy and quiet house with private parking, and an outdoor interior terrace to enjoy as a family. Close to Botanical Garden and Prado.
