A refurbished space with a loft-style feel in Pocitos, just a few metres from Plaza Varela. It combines a well-defined kitchen and bathroom with a décor that fuses the classic and the modern behind a door dating from 1918. Access is via a shared green courtyard that serves as a transition between the energy of the boulevard, the accommodation and the door of our house. After seven years of welcoming guests, we're opening up this private space, which was inspired by our time as parents, to continue celebrating cultural exchange. Welcome!

Ubicación perfecta para aquellos que disfrutan de la playa y de la belleza natural de la costa, ya que se encuentra a 300 metros del mar. Barrio tranquilo y muy bonito con todas las amenities necesarias a una distancia caminable. Es un apartamento al fondo de nuestro terreno, con entrada privada. Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

Comfy suite overlooking the garden, includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Very tranquil. You will access from an Independent entryway from the street into the garden where the room is located. You'll be in the residential - garden - neighborhood of Carrasco, 7 blocks from the beach and close to shops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. This guest suite is conveniently located close to bus stops that can take you directly into the old town, and other parts of the city.

"The little house in the back" Next to the Antel Arena

Private apartment at the back with separate entrance, steps away from the new shopping center, a good point to connect with the whole city. It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.

Private entrance, studio apartment with mini-fridge, microwave, full bathroom, and a double sofa bed. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and private security on the block. Outdoor barbecue area with table and chairs and a dishwasher. Close to banks, supermarkets, public transportation, and restaurants.

Single-story apartment, no stairs, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, barbecue space and free standard parking (this can be seen in the photo of the front of my house, the apartment is at the back). One block from Av. Italia, a bakery and greengrocer, five from Plaza Italia Mall and seven from Rambla de la Playa Malvín, 15 minutes from Tres Cruces.

The accommodation is in an excellent quiet and wooded setting, at the back of the hosts' house. It is entered independently from the side of the property, and can be entered by vehicle. The house has a large living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Large green space in front with a place to sit for lunch. High-speed WiFi and a large desk for remote work if desired.

Surrounded by parks, meters from the Rose Garden and Botanical Garden, in front of the Church of the Carmelites. Surrounded by old houses. The property is at the back of a mansion that is over 100 years old, a few blocks from the main thoroughfares that facilitate transportation to all points of the city.

Hosts speak English, Spanish, German and some Portuguese. Property is 5 minutes drive from downtown Carrasco which has all services. Since public transport is quite far from the property, use of taxis or Uber is recommended.
