We were delighted to stay in Sanremo at Paumar's!! The place is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to improve for us👍 Everything is extremely clean, a beautiful decor and there is no shortage of quality equipment! Breathtaking views of the sea🤩 Another huge thank you for all the attention you gave us, the welcome chianti, the coffee pods 🙏we enjoyed😁 Thank you also for your responsiveness to each of our requests (restaurants, visits, shopping...). Very nice accommodation in a private villa. We appreciated the beauty of the place, the comfort and cleanliness of the space. 3 minutes from Final Borgo and 2km from the beach, the location is ideal Gianluca is a super welcoming host, easy and very available. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day! Thanks to Gianluca and her family for sharing!

We are very satisfied with the stay. The welcome was very friendly and professional. Throughout the stay, the host was very responsive in case of difficulty or when we had questions. The apartment was spotless. In addition, it is very well placed. It is right next to a parking lot, the large main square of Sanremo where there are bakeries, restaurants shops... and 5min from the beach, the port and very good restaurants. Thanks for everything!

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation, large, welcoming, very clean and with new and excellent amenities. Photos don't do justice enough! Also garden, courtyard, animals, small heated water pool and barbecue. Everything is available to our guests. A perfect location for exploring the beautiful area around. Friendly and helpful host: many valuable tips to fully live the Langhe experience. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful complex, very hospitable family, warm and prompt communication. The location is a bit remote, but feasible for good drivers in narrow streets. Pool and garden are top and very well maintained, a place to feel comfortable, the sounds of the nearby highway bridge are all the Beautiful to be neglected. We can highly recommend the place. Ideal for families.
