This spacious, detached holiday home in Montferland with beautiful hiking and cycling routes offers the perfect mix of comfort and nature. Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and to the left of the driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

Het Koetshuis has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests. The spacious living room is ideal for spending time together. For children, there is a large playing field. From the house, you have a wide view over the meadows. Less suitable for groups of young people. The house is optimally furnished for 12 people. There are beds available for 14 adults and 2 cots.
