Come and relax in this charming 2-storey village house close to the mountains, 30 km from Ax-les-Thermes and 45 minutes from the Pas de la Casa. Located 500 meters from a nautical base. Restaurant bar, bakery in the heart of the village. Free parking 30 meters from the house. 2 bedrooms, one with new 140 cm sofa bed with very comfortable mattress. 13 km from Foix with ring road access 500 meters from the house. Just been renovated, no shoes on the floors. Small south-facing courtyard.

Most of the amenities were changed in 2022: radiators, towel dryer, TV, duvets, pillows, dishes and kitchen equipment are new. Residence equipped with an elevator, free parking and a private ski room in the basement. Close to all amenities: restaurants, ski rentals, grocery store, bar, everything is within walking distance!

The shuttle ride takes just 3 minutes. Additionally, a pedestrian path behind the residence leads directly to the center of AX.
