The distinguished Church of San Andrés Apóstol observes with splendour the natural surroundings of the municipality. La Regidora is an old farmhouse or country house, located on the Quijote route, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The house is an old, renovated house from the beginning of the 20th century, with one floor that maintains the flavor of the original construction. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and large common areas. It is located in a 6,000 square meter enclosure. Outside it has a large Manchego patio with a barbecue and a beautiful wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

The apartment is independent although part of a large house. It is a very nice space in sight. The kitchen has large windows to the garden. It is located in a 4000m2 ecological estate, where there is a lot of grove and cozy patios. Photovoltaic installation. Gas stove and stove, hot water pump heater. This place is great for connecting with yourself. People who love nature and practice caring for our planet. (Showers and sustainable tableware cleaning)

Country house No. 1 in the mountains of Riópar, Río Mundo

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed. It has heating, bed linens, towels and kitchenware. From there you can go to the source of the Mundo River by a hiking trail without taking the car, which is very nice by the way.
