The cottage in nature

La casetta is a small apartment made from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, welcoming, and intimate. It is on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn overlooking the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric plates and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience refreshing moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of peace and relaxation. The 5,000 sqm property is fully fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
