Ideally located at the entrance to the Morvan Regional Park: * 2.5 hours from Paris * 10 minutes from the A6 motorway exit * 15 minutes from Saulieu * 15 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois * 25 minutes from the Parc de l'Auxois * Several lakes nearby: Lac de Pont, Chamboux, Saint-Agnan, Lac des Settons.

Independent, in private property and family home (for 4 generations), exceptionally quiet. Accessible by a balcony, open kitchen to living room and dining room (2 sofas including 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with a bunk bed) under the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
