This room is self-contained, comfortable and has its own entrance.

Near Annoville beach, a beautiful protected dune ridge (Conservatoire du Littoral) in a small quiet hamlet, we renovated the floor of a barn. It is a small 2-room cocoon for 2 adults + a mezzanine office space. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bicycles for beautiful easy walks by the sea. This charming, typical Montmartin stone house, located 1500 m from a sandy beach, is an old 18th century blacksmith's shop that has retained all the charm of the old, combined with modern comfort, in the middle of an exceptional natural environment (classified site). The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house, on the ground floor, another smaller accommodation is also offered for rent. We'll be happy to welcome you personally upon key handover.
