The "L'Atlantique 1" apartment is located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (bars and restaurants), 300 m from the submarine base (Escal'atlantic) and the port, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, shops, cinema and theater. The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom (160 bed), living room (140 sofa bed), separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed.
