Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

Charming studio with double bed on the mezzanine. Close to Gare Montparnasse and located 15 min on foot from Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Beautiful ceiling height with views of a green and very quiet courtyard. The studio is located in a shopping area and close to many restaurants. Sheets and towels are provided with the accommodation.
