Living room/kitchen/toilet/bathroom on the lower floor. 2 bedrooms/cloakroom/toilet on the upper floor. 1 minute by foot (or 50 meters) to metro 11 ( La Dhuys), then 15 mins to “republique” or 20 mins to “chatelet”- two major hubs in Paris center. Not in Paris city, but a suburb town with multi-culturel community called Montreuil. **NO private parking, NOT recommended coming with a car. Sorry, but like to be honest **

Beautiful elegant apartment, with 2 floors, on the 1st: living room and fitted kitchen, on the 2nd: master suite with dressing room and adjoining shower room. Independent accommodation located on a plot that includes our main house. A garden is at your disposal: terrace and outdoor lounge. On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Ideal house for 2 families w/parking next to metro

La maison a été rénovée à l’intérieur en 2020 dans son style originel: la fin du 19e siècle. Elle se trouve aux portes de Paris, au pied du métro, à 20 min de la place de la République, 30 min des Champs Elysées, 40 min de la Tour Eiffel. Disneyland est également très accessible sans voiture avec possibilité d’y passer plusieurs jours. A proximité de la maison, une boulangerie, une boucherie, des cafés et des restaurants pour tous les budgets. Une expérience unique de Paris en famille.

Our newly renovated home welcomes family and friends for a spacious stay near Paris in a calm setting. The house is designed with volumes full of light playing with glass, metal and wood. Our green garden offers spaces for BBQ and nice surroundings to enjoy the summer sun. Close to airports, Disneyland and Parisian monuments, our home offers a unique opportunity for visiting the most well known monuments of Paris while retreating in a quiet area with a nice BBQ place in the evening !
