Enjoy as a family this fabulous accommodation that offers good moments in perspective Apparently in a private residence seen on Lake Geneva, the apartment was found 400 m from horseback riding, 500 m from tenis club 3 restaurants not even 5 min walk, 7 min drive to the beach to the beach 11 km to ski resort The soft and warm atmosphere on our apartment with a magnificent view will allow you to spend pleasant moments. The outdoor parking space is close to your accommodation.

Fully equipped studio apartment at the heart of Leysin. Leysin is a dream holiday destination to enjoy nature and winter ski activities. We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(200m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(300m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.
