It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but is cramped if all the beds are open. Option to rent an additional room on the same floor: "Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch2". Large private outdoor area with swimming pool and parking space. Quiet location on the heights, beautiful view of Lake Geneva, facing the Lavaux vineyards.

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
