In nature, Atelier 22 is a quiet artist's open space equipped with Fiber. Between Lyon and St-Etienne (less than 1 hour away), garden, river, pond, forest. To make music, work, daydream, coo, walk in a green countryside (hiking markings, mountain biking). Parking, painting equipment, trampoline, swing, garden furniture, BBQ... In the middle of the meadows, your peace and quiet is ensured. 20 m² cabin, equipped, with outdoor terrace, can accommodate 2 people (+ a young child). In the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, pretty village house, on a quiet square. On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a single bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom You will be close to shops. It is also a perfect base for hiking.
