The holiday apartment 'Auszeit' is located in Niederviehbach and is ideal for a relaxing stay. The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Dem Gast steht ein komplettes Haus mit eigener Terrasse und Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Der Bayerische Wald ist ca 30 Minuten entfernt, der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald eine Stunde. Für Motorradfahrer vermitteln wir gerne auf Anfrage Motorrad-Kurven-Trainings im Bayerischen Wald mit einem erfahrenen Fahrertrainer.

We are located in a quiet settlement and have everything you need and can also reach this on foot. BMW stop and public bus stop is minutes away on foot. The apartment is in the basement, with daylight windows. There are three rooms, a bathroom and a shared kitchen. Booking only for at least 2 people
