The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a kitchenette. There is a small loft above the bedroom. Between the bedroom and living room is a sliding door. The living room has large windows with slatted curtains and a door to a balcony. On the balcony, there is outdoor furniture and a parasol. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in mountain style with all modern amenities. Towels and bed linen included. Hot tub and electric car charger are paid separately.

A warm welcome to Västanvik, about 5 km outside Leksand. The house is newly built in 2023. With a 5 minute walk down to lake Siljan where there are lovely beaches and swimming. And in winter time you can ski and ski on the Silja. Bicycle/pedestrian access to Leksand. Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. Liljeholmens Farm

Stay at the Farm! We have horses, sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats that you can of course visit during your stay. The farm is on its own with large open fields and waterways all around. There is a pond on the property. We offer horse and carriage rides SEK 200/adult SEK 100/child. or bring your own bikes and explore our beautiful surroundings on your own. In the house there are two floors. Two kitchens, 4 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.
