The apartment consists of the GROUND FLOOR OF A FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms (2+0, 2+1), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. Wi-Fi throughout the premises. The accommodation is also suitable for patients using rehabilitation treatment at Adeli Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

It is located in a quiet location, just 15 minutes walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the bus and train station. There is a children's playground Inčučuna and a lot of services nearby. There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a cot on request.
