The apartment is located a short distance from the center of Ostrava, in a quiet and safe location - right next to the police station Nearby you will find a park, a river, the Ostrava Zoo (about 6 minutes by car) or the new town hall, and in about 7 minutes you are on the highway. An ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for renovation - but the apartment itself is completely newly renovated and modernly equipped.

In front of the house is free hassle-free parking even for multiple cars. The house has a shared entrance with a hallway, where there is two entrance doors to two apartment units. On the second floor there is an apartment 2+kk and on the first floor there is a 3+1 apartment.

Byt se nachází v domě bez výtahu, čili bez schodů to nepůjde :) Pokud přijedete vlakem ideální je vystoupit na stanici *Stodolní* odkud je byt cca 3 min pěšky. Parkování je před domem zdarma!!!
