Very nice surprise when entering this clear and well appointed studio. Everything was quality and functional. Sofa in the living room convertible and very comfortable. I highly recommend to discover La Baule 😊

New accommodation, comfortable , very clean well located in the heart of the village of St Pierre in a very quiet environment. Perfect for exploring the peninsula . Gerard is a welcoming host. I would highly recommend it.

Monique welcomed us very warmly, she was accommodating for check-in and check-out times. The space was too clean and pleasant. We were able to enjoy the dock and the beautiful view on the body of water all evening. If we had to find a minus, the view from the dock includes a small industry not really causing any inconvenience and did not taint our pleasure of enjoying the pretty garden.

Already Yanis was present when we arrived which was very pleasant, he was very warm and gave us lots of tips for our stay. The accommodation is very well located close to a park , very quiet and barely a km from the historic center and the ramparts. The accommodation was very well equipped, a good bed. We highly recommend it for value for money given the services.

Servanne and Pascal are really great, their house is great, super clean and the coming touch is present (bottle of cider in the fridge). A welcoming, charming and really nice couple. We had a pleasant stay of 5 days during the All Saints holidays. In addition, being able to take advantage of the swimming pool at this time is too great. really an address where we will come back with the kids.

Very nice welcome, we were there for a night with small children, Claudine installed the stair gates and kindly offered us a chair and umbrella bed. We had a great time where nothing was missing. Thank you very much, a beautiful property in Moelan sur mer 🙂

We booked this house for a family Christmas break. It was beautifully set up with a small tree, light touch decorations and a little festive hamper on the table. We felt instantly welcome and into the spirit of the stay. There was even a small working piano for singalongs! Downstairs bedroom with en suite was ideal for older family member with room upstairs for adults and kids. We had older teens which meant bunkbeds were a bit cramped but they managed fine. We did find the combi microwave /oven was difficult to navigate but we weren’t doing any big meals or major cooking at the house so this didn’t impact the stay but would have been an obstacle if we had been planning to. Overall a wonderful stay in a tasteful modern house situated in a pretty, traditional village. Easy access, short drive to shops and amenities. Friendly and professional concierge team. Big thumbs up.

Had a great week at the villa with my family. Everything you need there and a lovely house. Easy short walk to the beach and shops. The children loved the pool. Kitchen is well stocked for preparing large meals and plenty of bathrooms for a large group all staying together. The host also provided a travel cot and high chair for our youngest family member.

Thanks to Françoise for her welcome and pre-host! Its flexibility allowed us to wake up in Carnac on Sunday mornings 😉 We were able to recharge in this peaceful place, and were able to take beautiful walks quickly accessible from the house. We had hoped for the functional Nordic bath in February but we are happy to retain the address!

Charming and functional home for 7 adults. The large central island of the kitchen is perfect for sharing a meal together. Gaelle and Mathias were always able to answer our questions very quickly and their recommendations were very appreciated (we 100% validate the Jucotte restaurant 5 minutes by car from the accommodation) We recommend this listing for a stay with friends and family

Excellent stay in Quiberon, the pleasant weather without rain is a big part of it. Pierre-Yves' apartment is ideally located and the attached parking is really convenient, since parking in Quiberon is only possible outside the locality with bus transfer. The apartment is spacious, but a little austere (it was an office before it was an accommodation). Relatively dark because in the half basement. Avoid needing wifi to work remotely. Its slowness is a deterrent. Pierre-Yves is very friendly and communicative, his wife too. We sincerely thank them for being able to spend 4 wonderful days in Quiberon.

Everything from check-in to check-out worked perfectly. During the personal key handover, we received many good tips from Cindy and Olivier. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The beaches are beautiful and so are the scenery. For a week we borrowed bikes from Maku and were able to explore the small villages in the area and enjoy nature. In the second week we also took other tours by car, such as to Quimper, Port Manech or Vannes. Our boys have used the skate park and basketball court opposite the apartment frequently. The parking space in the protected courtyard is great. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Brittany as a holiday destination.

Very good stay. Pleasant accommodation or nothing is missing. Well placed to go for a walk in the village or by the sea with private parking very close by! Great communication with Céline. I recommend it.

The studio is perfect for an extended weekend: welcoming, functional & well located (sea, bars & restaurants, circuit of alignments,...: within walking distance). Flexible check-in / check-out times allow you to make the most of Carnac without looking at your watch, which is very nice. I would recommend it! Thank you Eric:)

A super relaxing week with the nicest late summer in a wonderful location. Mary's apartment is a small oasis furnished with a lot of love for detail - arrive and feel comfortable! The view from the balcony, the kitchen and even from the bathroom of the Atlantic is simply fantastic. There are many paths along the rocky coast to smaller coves, or to Lomener (bakers, restaurants and Intermarché). The beach of Perello is wonderful for swimming, relaxing, collecting mussels and at low tide there is a lot to discover between the rocks;) This was the perfect place for me to 'recharge batteries' - really a little paradise!
