Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

Apartment finished renovating June 2021. 150 meters from the sea and 50 from the main tourist street. Equipped with all amenities and services (air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, laundry, hairdryer, TV, microwave, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 service bathroom). Small outdoor courtyard for exclusive use. Within 200 meters, you will find all the useful services from supermarkets to restaurants, from bars to bakeries, from the greengrocer to the shoemaker. Private parking space 200 meters away.

Il piccolo Cavaliere "The little Knight" is situated in Montecchio di Vallefoglia, a small village between the beautiful Pesaro and the historical Urbino. Our apartment is in a quiet green zone, it is suitable for families but also for couples and singles that want to spend some days exploring the wonders that surround us. We have got a beautiful garden, during the spring lot of flowers blossom and you can see many butterflies flying from one side to the other creating a nice game of colors.

Il comprensorio anche per escursioni in mtb.
